I, the parent or guardian, grant permission for my child to participate in all camp activities. I acknowledge that some activities carry inherent risks of injury or harm, even with precautions in place. I release Camp Selah, its staff, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims for personal injury or property damage that may occur. I give Camp Selah permission to seek necessary medical attention for the participant in case of an emergency, noting that Camp Selah will make reasonable attempts to contact me before obtaining medical treatment. I agree to hold Camp Selah harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including court costs and attorney fees) that may arise from the participant's involvement in the camp. I acknowledge that my child must follow all camp rules and policies, which may cover areas like prohibited items--drugs and alcohol, observing quiet hours, and behavior. Failure to comply could lead to my child's dismissal from camp without a refund. I grant permission for the Camp Selah staff to take and use photographs, videos, and quotes of the participant in promotional materials, publications, or advertising for the camp. I have read, fully understand, and agree to the contents of the document and indicate my agreement and commitment to the terms of this waiver by signing below.
