Shelley Scantlen
My name is Shelley Scantlen or Sheldawg as so previously named, and I live in Bryan, Ohio. I love theater and serve as the secretary of the Williams County Community Theater Production Board. On Sundays I enjoy singing and playing bass in the worship band and teaching jr. church and 1st & 2nd graders on Wednesday nights. I'm an amateur videographer and will be videotaping my sixth wedding in a few weeks. One of my favorite meals is liver and onions and asparagus. I know some think it disgusting, but I was raised by a taxidermist father and we ate wild game meat all the time. Probably the most famous person I've ever met would be Jerry Falwell. I refuse to answer the money question until someone is standing in front of me with a brief case filled with a million dollars and is willing to give it all to me after I perform some task, then and only then will I make my decision of what I will or will not do for money. So that's a little glimpse of what I do to fill my time when I'm not at camp!

Dave Greene
I’m the older Greene brother at camp this yearI I live in Ossian, IN. I'm a Junior at Bethel College studying International Studies with a concentration in ministry. I have a real heart for missions specifically involving north and east Africa, I would be there right now if I could have my own way, but I gotta finish school first. This is my 4th summer at camp and I'm glad to be coming back.
Some things I like: the outdoors (a whole bunch), and sports (all kinds), and watching sports (except golf), and discussing religion(s) and philosophy, and rock climbing, and lots of other things I just can't think of right now.
I don't think I have ever met anyone that famous
Food I like: pretty much what ever... I'm not really that picky
What wouldn’t you do for a million dollars? the dollar's depreciating in value so I wouldn't really do that much for a million of them.

Tyler Tracy
I am going to Spring Arbor University hopefully graduating with a camp ministry major. I love playing guitar and singing to worship songs. i especially enjoy the outdoors canoeing, climbing trees, exploring woods, swimming, heck pretty much anything active outside! I was a YSL for 2 years so I am super excited that I get to be a counselor this year. The whole million dollars question is irrelevant to me because i wish everything could be free! :D i don’t like the fact that money is so depended on nowadays. and famous people...well i think there isn’t a difference between regular or famous people. everyone is capable of doing something amazing so i don’t really keep track of the famous people i meet because everyone is special to me! i like running into average joes and just getting to know everyone for who they are, not what they do.

Tyler Grant
I 'm 22 and will have graduated from Bethel College by the time camp starts. As of May 3rd I will have a BA in International Studies with emphasis in Ministry, Spanish, and Vocal Performance.

My interests are: Hanging out, Laughing, Spending time with family and friends, meeting strangers, Hiking and backpacking, running, swimming (anything in the water actually) I like exploring: new cities; caves; forests; islands; old buildings; . . .

I'm a camp junky. I always have a great time, and it is usually my favorite way to spend the summer. The relationships I built at camp when I went there are a lot of the reason I come back. I love providing that same opportunity I had.

Courtney Lyn Awe
Age: 21
Original Location: Allegan, Michigan
Current Location: Albuquerque New Mexico
Current College:...ok, none. I don't go to school I've been out of High school for 4 years and still haven't gone. I've been a little busy. I'm hoping go this fall to a school in Oregon. My major will be Bible with a focus on World Missions.
Future College: Someday I want to go to fine arts school and study Musical Theatre!!! HOLLA!
Occupation: I currently am waiting tables at a breakfast/lunch joint. I am also working with the coolest youth group here in New Mexico, but I don't get paid for that... uh... financially!!
Famous People I've Met: Um, I think Jason From Hawk Nelson is in love with me, does that count! hahahaha
Things I like to do: Sing, Dance, Act, Travel, swim, listen to music, Sing, hang out, Dance, smell old books, Act, shop at goodwill and old thrift stores, Travel, meet new people, Sing, Travel, Dance, Explore, Act. Play games.
What I wouldn't Do for a Million Dollars: Take a vow of silence for more than three days! I would go crazy at one!
Favorite food: Pepitos y Arepas con queso, Both from Venezuela! MMM, soo good. I also like Crumpets, the real deal from Europe and Scottish shortbread, the kind they make in Scotland!

A little more about me: Just a girl trying to live it up, but live right. Trying new things and learning how to be fearless. Living in the moment but not for myself. Learning who I am and who I want to become. Trying to surrender to Christ and not succumb to the World!
I have worked at camp for the last two years and have been going to camp for the last 19. I think the camp ministry has such an impact on these kids and I can't wait to see what God does this year! I can't wait to see where God continues to take me on this adventure called my life!

Miranda Johnson
I'm 17 years old, I live close to Sand Creek, 6 miles from Morenci MI, I'm home schooled and in the 11th/12th grade. I know where I would like to attend college, but I'm starting to doubt that I'll go. I'm not quite sure what I' will do once out of high school. Perhaps I will just stay home and write my stories. (Maybe even finish one of
them...!) I haven't met any famous people, though I HAVE seen Britney Spears IRL, quite a long time ago. I wouldn't eat anything from the sea or that leaves a trail behind it for a million dollars, or any amount of
money for that matter. I enjoy history, and intend on finishing learning German, so that I can travel to Germany and study historic sites there some day....basically, I would just enjoy going to different sites around the world!

Molly Wittenbach
I'm 17 yrs old, homeschooled and have been my whole life. I'll be going on to my Senior year this fall. I'm thinking about college. But I am still not sure yet what God wants me to do with my life, so I'm still praying! I have a slightly large family.. with 4 brother and 3 sisters. And I'm also an Aunt. :)

I come from the small town of Camden, MI and I've lived here my whole life. It's not the best place to live, unless you enjoy Amish country, then you'd love it! I find myself not liking the location so much, but then I remember that I have a home, and should be thankful for it. And I am. :)

I enjoy singing and do a lot of it during the day. During the school year I sing in my youth group worship band. In my free time I just hangout with family or friends. And try to enjoy life to the fullest.

I've met... Ben Olin, Attaboy (are they famous?), Clay Cross, John Shiltt, David Meece, Matt Dopson, The Phamly (Soul Glow, Chappy, Phatty, Nah Father, Crouton) Falling up, SuperChic[k], Firefly, Disiple.

I wouldn't go in an elevator alone for all the money in the world! They're just scary! I also wouldn't eat worms or any type of creepy crawly thing for that matter for any amount of money.

My favorite foods are...pretty much anything and everything. :) But I must say, fried chicken is da bomb

Sara Cooper
I am a Pre-Art Therapy major at Indiana Wesleyan University and hope to return to India to work in an aftercare facility after graduation. My hometown is Marion, IN where I still currently live and go to school. I love spending time with my family and friends. I also like watching movies, partaking in the ministry of silly walks, listing to new music, having dance parties, reading, making up silly songs about everyday life, and spending as much time outside as possible. I do not believe I have ever met anyone famous, but one time, I did however see Sarah Jessica Parker in her car. And what I wouldn't do for a million dollars...I don't think I would eat a live cockroach for a million dollars. When it comes to food, I like about anything, but my favorites are probably Italian and Indian.
