			ALL 2010 POSITIONS HAVE BEEN FILLED Counselors Starting Wage - $210 per week * 7 weeks * June 3, 2010 - July 24, 2010 Requirements - committed Christian adult, 18+, preferably with a year or more of college. Counselors are trained during a one-week orientation period. This training helps equip them for the challenging ministry of camp counseling. We provide training in age group characteristics, counseling techniques, behavior management, evangelism and water safety. A love for the Lord, a willing heart and reliance on the work of the Holy Spirit complete the preparation for counseling. Much time is spent together in prayer and worship in order to prepare the staff to work together as a body of believers. Counselor Application Kitchen Staff Starting Wage - This is dependent on the position and the number of weeks of service. Requirements - Committed Christian adult, 21+ Staff Application Volunteers During the summer months, our fulltime staff members are busy running the summer camp program. Volunteers help in many areas keeping the behind the scenes needs maintained. These duties include areas in grounds, kitchen and bookkeeping. If you would like to volunteer a couple of hours, days or even longer to God's work this summer, please let us know! Staff Application Head Lifeguard Starting Wage - $210 per week * 7 weeks * June 3, 2010 - July 24, 2010 Requirements - committed Christian adult, 18+, preferably with a year or more of college. Red Cross certification in lifeguarding, Professional Rescuer CPR & First Aid The Head Lifeguard will not only have authority at the waterfront, but will also assist in various areas of program leadership, helping with recreation and training of other staff. They must be responsible and willing to hold others accountable as they will be supervising staff and providing for the safety of the campers at the waterfront. Areas of supervision include an open waterfront swimming area, water skiing, swim classes, canoeing and paddle-boating. The YSL Program (new YSL information for 2010!)
