Dear Parents, Greetings in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ! As we send out the 2010 Camp Selah registration forms, we are praying that you will not only take advantage of our great summer camping program but also our discount offers for the cost of camp. The cost of each camp week remains the same his year and the final cost is still well below most summer camps. We are still offering a $15.00 discount, per camper, for registrations received at camp with the $50.00 non-refundable registration fee, before April 1st, 2010. Also, for those churches that send five or more campers, each camper will receive an additional 5% discount off their remaining individual balance. If both discounts are used, there will be an over 10% total savings for each camper! We hope to see you this summer at Camp Selah! -Phil Charles, Administrative Director Camp Selah 2010 Discounts: Jr/Sr High: $225 - $15 April 1st discount = $210 - 5% church discount [5 or more] ($10.50) = $199.50 Junior 1/2: $210 - $15 April 1st discount = $195 - 5% church discount [5 or more] ($9.75) = $185.25 Primary: $150 - $15 April 1st discount = $135 - 5% church discount [5 or more] ($6.75) = $128.25 Camp Selah Camper Scholarship Policy (2010) 1. The parent/guardian must contact Camp Selah in writing, by phone or e-mail requesting a scholarship application form. contact us 2. The parent/guardian is to ask for financial help from their home church, family and/or friends. If finances are not available after contacting the home church and others, then a completed scholarship form must be sent in along with the camper’s registration form and the $50.00 deposit. 3. The scholarship request will be reviewed by the Administration Director and scholarship funds will be awarded based on the specific need. 4. The parent/guardian will be notified by mail of the amount of the scholarship awarded and the balance due at registration time.
